PROCESSING FOR PHYSICAL GOODS

For the limited physical items available in our store, we employ strict processing and shipping timelines.

  • Processing Timelines: Orders for physical goods placed on holidays, weekends, or recognized company off-days will generally be processed within 3 to 11 business days. Orders received before 12:00 PM (Noon) IST are typically shipped within 5 to 10 business days, while orders placed after Noon IST are shipped within 7 to 11 business days, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery Estimates: Once shipped, standard deliveries arrive within 11 to 45 business days. Shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed; they are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen delays outside of our control, such as extreme weather or unusual order spikes.
  • Receiving Shipments: Deliveries are fulfilled via reputed courier partners, and a signature may not be possible or required for all deliveries. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to be available to receive the package. If the customer is unavailable, the carrier may leave the package at the destination address at their own discretion.
  • Transfer of Risk: For physical shipments, the risk of loss and title for the items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the designated shipping carrier. We are not legally responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, or stolen after being marked as “Delivered” by the courier.

UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSED, OR RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or returned to us unused, we will refund the order amount, strictly excluding all shipping and handling charges.

SHIPPING COSTS & FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS

  • Standard Rates: The minimum shipping cost for domestic standard service is Rs. 180/- to 350/- per 100g – 500g of the packaged product. Processing fees, taxes, and fuel surcharges will be added to this basic shipping fee.
  • Special Handling: Certain items (e.g., DVD sets, banners) may require special packing and incur additional handling costs, which will be explicitly reflected at checkout.
  • Promotional Shipping: On a promotional basis, we may offer free shipping or shipping discounts (up to 100%) on selected products for single purchases meeting a minimum value requirement. Free standard shipping is automatically applied after other discounts and before taxes and handling charges.
